Parking:
A paid garage is located at City Hall, as well as a number of garages near by. All cost $0.75/20 minutes with a max of $15 for the day. 

If parking in the City Hall garage, please take the orange elevators to the first floor Rotunda.
Otherwise, please enter through the Rotunda on Santa Clara St. at 5th Street (the round structure in the center of the building).

In addition to the garage at City Hall, there are garages at:
4th Street Garage - Near the intersection of 4th and San Fernando Streets
3rd Street Garage - On 3rd Street between Santa Clara and St. John Streets
Market Street Garage - On Market Street between Santa Clara and St. John Streets
2nd/San Carlos Garage - Near San Carlos Street between 2nd and 3rd Streets

Directions:
From Highway 87 North:
Take the Santa Clara Street/Julian Street Exit
Exit Santa Clara Street/Downtown San Jose
At the light, turn right onto Santa Clara Street heading east
Turn right on 6th Street
Look for the parking garage entrance on the right-hand side

From Highway 87 South:
Exit Julian Street/St. James Street
At the light, turn left onto Julian Street
Julian Street becomes East St. James Street
Turn right on 6th Street
Once you pass Santa Clara Street, look for the parking garage entrance on the right-hand side

From Highway 680 South/280 North and 280 South:
Take Highway 87 North
Exit Santa Clara Street/Downtown San Jose
At the light, turn right onto Santa Clara Street heading east
Turn right on 6th Street
Look for the parking garage entrance on the right-hand side

From Highway 101 South:
Take Highway 87 South
Exit Julian Street/St. James Street
At the light, turn left onto Julian Street
Julian Street becomes East St. James Street
Turn right on 6th Street
Once you pass Santa Clara Street, look for the parking garage entrance on the right-hand side

From Highway 101 North:
Take Highway 280 North
Take Highway 87 North
Exit Santa Clara Street/Downtown San Jose
At the light, turn right onto Santa Clara Street heading east
Turn right on 6th Street
Look for the parking garage entrance on the right-hand side

From Highway 880/17:
Take Highway 280 South
Take Highway 87 North
Exit Santa Clara Street/Downtown San Jose
At the light, turn right onto Santa Clara Street heading east
Turn right on 6th Street
Look for the parking garage entrance on the right-hand side

Public Transportation:
Light rail: service is available to Santa Clara and First/Second Streets
Bus: Lines 22, 63, 64, 65, 72, 73, 81, 522, Highway 17, and the DASH shuttle
